Pet Policy

Pets get city living with extra breathing room. At 4Marq, cats and dogs are welcome, with up to two pets per home and on-site conveniences that make daily routines easier: a covered outdoor dog run for quick breaks, a pet grooming station for post-walk cleanups, and a team known for treats, Yappy Hours, and occasional visiting-groomer fun.

After the leash is hung up, settle back into a high-rise home with floor-to-ceiling windows, full-size laundry, and smoke-free comfort—or head up to the rooftop spaces while your pet recharges at home. Explore more pet-friendly amenities or schedule a tour to see how 4Marq fits life with your companion in Minneapolis.
